Today was definitely enlightening. I discovered that I am in WAY better shape in my head than I am physically. LOL! But, the day has come to an end and I have survived! Woot!
So here are my frightening starting point stats:
Weight: 218.9 (ouch)
BMI: 41.34 (double ouch)
My Goal: 130 Pounds
After setting up my new GoWear Fit arm band today I registered on their subscription website for the 3 months free that came with the package. Surprisingly, I really like their site. It even has a Facebook feed to post all my stats that the armband collects in one click. Pretty neat - in one click I can share my shame with the world, or progress, depending on my mood. :) I decided that I would just track all my food in their site as well instead of the Daily Plate, so now all my food and fitness will be in one spot with an instant feed. Gotta love technology.
Day 1 of Tony Horton felt great! We did the Sculpt 1-2 today which was a 30 minute workout that focused mostly on strength training. I never thought I would be SO happy to get to the end of 7 push ups! After Rep 3, I was ALL outta push-ups. That man has a talent for making things look so easy....until you try a few reps and really feel the burn. Those resistance bands that came with the Power 90 program are killer! Man, you put one foot in the middle of that sucker and then raise the roof behind your head a good 45 times and trust me - you will feel it.
I felt so motivated I even added some extra Wii workouts in my day. Bring on advanced step aerobics! How fun!
On average I have been burning about 2 calories per minute today. My goal is a 1,000 calorie deficit per day and guess what? I TOTALLY hit that goal today with room to spare! Hell yeah!

It funny you ask what goal I met because today I actually met my under 20 minuted mile with my jog\walk. I was totally stoked...Yeah me...
Oh and Yeah You! You get it girl...push ups totally suck but I am up to 20 so far but its killer...
