Today has been a great cardio day! My day started at 6:45am for Cristian's 8am baseball game and I have been non stop since. Great for burning those calories but exhausting! I still have a good 3 hours of calorie burning to do today but I have already burned 2543 calories which was more than I burned ALL day yesterday! Woot!
One of my favorite drinks "used" to be a Caramel Frappe at McDonald's. So, just for kicks, I checked out the nutritional guide to see exactly what kind of damage I had been doing to myself and discovered something even more shocking than what I had guessed...how does 680 calories sound to you for a damn caramel frappe and the caramel part being a little bitty drizzle on top of the small mountain of whipped cream!
I really think that McDonald's needs one of those frequent buyer cards for all those Frappe Lovers, not me though, I am an ex-lover...:) You know, the frequent customer cards, where you buy "x" number of something and you get something free? Well, think about it...they could have a card that lets you buy 10 Frappe's and get a bypass free...680 calories? You are better off with that Big Mac! At least that has some protein!
Since my day was so jam packed with exercise today I decided that today would be my "rest" day and tomorrow I would pop in Tony and get the Sweat 1-2 and Abs 100 on! Woohoo, can't wait!
Keep up the great work everyone! Remember - you can do a lot more than you give yourself credit for! You can push further than you think you can, don't give up on yourself!
I am committing to pushing myself a little further each week. What will you push yourself towards next week?
