I can't believe that week 2 will be over in just 1 day! Man...time has flown by! Yesterday was my day of rest so no Tony Workout yesterday. I still met my 1,000 calorie deficit for the day even without the Tony workout though! YEAH!
We are in Jacksonville for the weekend visiting family. It has been fun but a challenge food wise. I did make a yummy healthy yogurt pie last night though and treated myself to a slice! Soooo good. I broke out Tony's cardio/ab workout this morning and Lara and I finished by 11:30am. Linda was being a tease while we were working out but I told her she only got to pick on me if she did the workout too, LOL...I figure it is like voting for President...you don't have a right to complain if you didn't vote! :) She did throw in some high kicks on her way in and out of the house when she walked past us...LOL!
I have to admit though I didn't do the abs. I am going to do those this evening. I have had such severe cramps all morning that the thought of 100 crunches made me hurt. Tonight though, I will definitely pop the DVD back in!
It is only 1:45 and I already burned 1525 calories today!!
