Week 4 is officially over and the results are IN!  Since we have completed a full month we not only weighed in this morning but also did our measurements to see how many inches we have lost since we started this fitness trek 4 weeks ago.  We will do measurements every 4 weeks.

So, this week I gained .9 pounds on the scale.  I expect some gains or flat liner weeks.  I am pretty sure I have some water weight going on.  Not a great day for a weigh in. :)  But, I am not concerned with that.  Numbers on a scale are always a small part of the story. 

Here are my stats for Week 4:
Weight:   212.3          + .9 pounds
Chest:     46"              - 1"
R. Arm:   14.5"          - .5"
L. Arm:   14"             - 1"
Waist:     41"             - .5"
Hips:      48"              - 1.5"
R. Thigh: 26.5"          - 2"
L. Thigh: 26.5"          - 1"
TOTAL INCHES LOST: 7.5"

So far in 4 weeks I have lost a total of 6.6 pounds and 7.5".  I think that is pretty awesome!!  I wish I could tell how much lean muscle mass I have built in the last 4 weeks.  I know that number has definitely gone up!  I will also measure my body fat at my next  4 week mark with the lovely pinch test at the gym.

WOOHOOO!!!!

    so awesome! i wish i had thought to do some measurements this time... mad that i didnt bother. especially during these long plateues! it might keep me inspired. i did FINALLY drop a pound, as of thismorning, after FOUR WEEKS. people tell me im gaining muscle.. but for 4 weeks straight? i dont know.. i do work out 7 days a week but.. still. hard to believe. but i agree- .9? no big deal.. hormones! LOL so happy for you!!!!
