Today was my week 3 weigh in and I lost 2 pounds!  Woohoo!  That makes 7.5 pounds total so far.

Yesterday Lara made the most delicious dinner.  She used a recipe from one of our new cookbooks called Phyllo Chicken Pot Pie.  1 Serving literally filled a bowl and it was only 325 calories!  It was SOOOO yummy!

Planning on a great day at the gym tomorrow and a good refreshing swim afterwards...bring on week 4!
