Today during lunch I took myself to Lifetime Fitness for my free fitness assessment with the very funny Eric, one of the level 5 personal trainers at the club. This assessment measures: Body Fat %, Lean Mass (lbs), Fat Mass (lbs), Body Weight (lbs), Cardiovascular - Max VO2 results, Bicep Strength, and Flexibility. Once all that is computed and entered into the computer it spits out a 4 page report that tells you the complete breakdown of each section and....your ACTUAL body age!
To sum up my 4 pages of red bars...I am a 31 year old female in a 39 year olds body! Being this unfit has aged me 8 years!!! No no no...I want to be 31 in a 27 year olds body! Well, I am happy to report that there is a way I can get there! YES!

It's a good thing they are NOT checking for my emotional age, especially when I am looking at my body age stats!!! I have a ways to go too!!
