I have decided to make Thursday my day of rest instead of Saturdays.  It seemed to make the most sense since that is the day I run from work to Cristian's baseball practice, then to Cristian's gymnastics. By the time I get home it is already past our normal dinner time and I haven't even cooked yet.  So Thursday I "rested" yet still surpassed my calorie burned goal!  I rested from Tony's video but still was very active all day...

Yesterday, I jammed to my Tony Cardio and ab workout.  I muted Tony and had my iPod blaring.  Made the workout soooo much nicer to plow through!  Nothing like X'work jumps to Pink! LOL!  We also went to Lifetime yesterday and I got some extra cardio and swimming in.  Definitely met my deficit for the day!  I also discovered a new love lentil soup! YUM!

Today was an awesome day!  Cristian had an 8am baseball game so I got the opportunity to kick off my calorie burning EARLY! Yeah!  Met my calorie deficit for the day a couple hours ago and still burning...Today was actually Sculpt day but I still biked 5 miles at the gym and swam for a good hour.  Not to mention that I have been running around all day long :)  I love that I can go up and down stairs now without feeling like my lungs are going to collapse and the neighbors can hear me breathing.  Ha - okay maybe I wasn't that bad but definitely used to get winded MUCH quicker than I do now!

Tomorrow we are going to hit the gym early in the day and I am setting a little challenge for myself - 5 miles on the bike and 2 miles on the Elliptical.  I need to work myself up to some long range cardio action!

Went grocery shopping today at Market Street and LOVE that place.  They have soooo many organic offerings.  We mapped out what we are cooking the next week, made out the shopping list, and hit the store.  I can't wait for tomorrow's breakfast :)
