Yesterday I finally crossed the hurdle and burned OVER 3,000 calories!!! Finally!! Yeah!! I finished just under 2 hours of physical activity and almost 11,000 steps. I can really feel a difference in my body now. Doing 2+ hours of physical activity has made a huge difference in how I feel. I wake up with so much energy and I feel strong and energized all day long. It is such a great feeling.
Today I am starting my Shakeology 3 day Cleanse. It is recommended for new exercise routines, coming off a fitness plateau, etc...It basically ensures your body gets ALL the nutrients it needs while flushing out all the crud and buildup in your system. For 3 days, I will have a Shakeology (made with water) 3x a day...for my 2 "snacks" I will have a salad with 4 oz of protein. Then after that i go back to my normal eating and just replace either 1 snack or 1 meal with Shakeology and make it however I want! I had my shake for breakfast this morning and it was yummy and so filling.
I wanted to do my measurements this morning but cannot find our measuring tape anywhere! So bummed...I will need to go buy a new one I guess. Patience Daniel son...ahh I have no patience..I want my measurements and I want them now! :)
The P90X yoga is 90 minutes so i didn't get the chance to do that one yesterday but will try to work that in today. I have tennis, oil change for the car, house cleaning, college school work, and walk with the dogs to work into my day too. I am going to play it by ear...
I made up a tennis score sheet for Lara and I to track our games and wins. So far since we started our tennis challenge 10 days ago we have played 83 games of tennis!! I have won 2 matches and Lara has won 1! Wow...It is amazing how quickly those games add up!
