You guessed it, yesterday was weigh in day.  While I exercised my booty off ALL week and ate well I only lost 1/2 pound.  Go figure.  All I know is I am super sore from my rockin workouts but don't see much for it on the scale this week.  But, I won't let that get me down...there is always next Monday to look forward to!

This weekend was pretty packed.  On Saturday, we took Cristian to the tennis courts for the 1st time and played some tennis!  We spent a good 30 minutes trying to teach him how to swing a tennis racquet NOT like a baseball bat but it was fun!  He went to the court next to us to practice hitting the ball over the net and Lara and I played 3 games in which she of course won 2 out of 3.  My tennis player whooped my butt!  But in the hour of us playing I burned almost 400 calories!  We are going to go play again today.  Maybe I can actually WIN.  I need to work on that backhand!  Playing a lefty means a lot of backhand strikes!

Yesterday we went to the fair for a couple of hours.  Cristian had fun which is all that counts but I for one could not wait to go home!  The fair is SOOO overcrowded with smelly people and nasty grease.  You can smell the grease from the turkey legs like 2 rows away.  Yuck!  But, Cristian rode a few rides, played a few games, had some cotton candy and funnel cake and had a blast...The plus size for me and Lara?  Well since it was 95 degrees outside and we walked all over creation we got to at least burn mad calories!  Woot!

Today is supposed to be a boot camp day but I am considering doing about 90 min of tennis instead and then doing a nice walk with the dogs while Cristian rides his bike this evening.  My hamstrings are still really bothering me and I don't know if they can measure up for bootcamp today...

I want to start spending more time with my pups (in an active way).  I think I may splurge on some 30' training leashes for Sabrina and Mu so that we can go to the park and play fetch and all without them ebing "off the leash" but still have 30 feet of running space.  That sounds fun :)

Keep Moving,
M E
