Week 19 has finally come to a close...boy what a week it was too. I'm a little afraid to get on the scale in the morning because my eating went to such crap today! Ugh! I feel like I gained 10 pounds even though I know I didn't! I have 7 more hours before the dreaded weigh in...man.

I discovered another thing I love about Microsoft OneNote - Send to Blog! Just when I thought I couldn't possibly love this application any more than I already do I find that I can actually type into my OneNote journal and then tell it to send to my blog at simplymeandmu.blogspot.com! So damn cool. I started a journal in OneNote back in August in order to help me make sense of some things. Journaling is something I haven't done in years...since my writings were compromised by a person who shall remain unnamed. I didn't trust writing anything down after that because I was afraid that someone would find it and read it. Nice part about OneNote? Password protection. :) Anyways...I have been journaling certain things in OneNote and then going to Blogger and sharing some aspects (general stuff, fitness stuff, etc..) of my day in there as well. So, I can tell you that discovering a way to journal like normal in OneNote and then have it automatically post just the stuff I want to share in Blogger has made my day. :) Now I can still have everything, what I share publically and what stays private, in one place for my own records. How cool!

Today we had a friend's 3 year old come stay with us from 3 - 9:30ish...This kid is such a sweetheart and adorable as hell. Cristian had so much fun having a boy to romp around with! We went to McDonald's for a late lunch, hence my crap eating day, and the boys played for a while after eating. Then we headed to the playground/park near the house and they had such a great time chasing each other around that place. After heading home I rolled out drawing paper across the living floor and let them have at it with markers, did some crafts, built with blocks, watched a movie with popcorn, and even made a trip to Super Target where we drove the "rocketship" aka buggie..around the store grabbing some last minute groceries we needed. LOL! It was a hoot! Poor kid isn't used to being away from his mom and so when she left she had to pry him off her while he screamed and cried. I know that must have just killed her to do because it isn't easy to hear your child scream for you like that but by the time she came to pick him up he didn't want to leave LOL! Fun day…

Lara is going to help me build out the Boot Camp program! Wooohoo!! That rocks! We even picked up some jump ropes to use for Sprinting and well jump roping lol...we are going to get some hula hoops for tire exercises and a few other things we can use during the workouts as well. This week will be so much to plan all this out. I am pretty excited about it! We have 1 person doing it with us so far but hope that a few more will join. It is always nice when you have a group trudging through the same thing with you.

Today I have no idea how many calories I had...I know that Coffee Ice Cream, McDonald's cheeseburger and handful of fries, and the omelets I had for breakfast didn't help things! I do know that I will burn about 2400 calories at the end of the day so hopefully I didn't tank my deficit too bad!

I have vowed to do a total cleanout of the garage on the next weekend that the weather is nice and cool! I plan on taking a Friday and Monday off in order to make a 4 day weekend and literally spend it cleaning this house out. I want to completely empty the garage, clean it thoroughly, organize only what we are keeping back in and leave the rest of it EMPTY! Haul off the stuff not going back in to Goodwill or toss it. Then I want to go through the house and attic and things that we don't use frequently at all I want to just box up, label, and stack in the garage. Really want to have a "just moved in" feel to the place again. Once all that is done then going to go room by room and fix it up with the normal "you have lived here over 8 years and need to maintenance me" kind of stuff. Paint touch ups, tighten screws, whiten baseboards, etc...In a couple months it is going to just look brand new! :)

Looking forward to a day of healthy eating and good exercise tomorrow….Week 20 - here I come!

Keep Moving,
M E
