Week 9 has come and gone and I am happy to say so has my long plateau...I thought I would never drop below 205.9!  Yesterday was weigh-in day and I weighed in at 204.5!!  Not a huge loss but still a downward spiral!!!  Maybe my body has kicked back into losing mode...

I have been working my butt off the last 3 weeks and haven't had a drop on the scale at all.  Last week I missed 2 days of workouts and low and behold..I LOST weight...How odd...

This week I plan to try Yoga at the gym.  Why not... :)  I think I am going to try a little more jogging and see where it takes me.  So far it hasn't been too unbearable on my knee but I definitely don't want to overdo it.  Once that knee goes...there is no going back.  Damn damaged knee!  But, slowly I think maybe I can work myself into it a little more each week...Walking the trails around the lakes really helps because then I can jog one side, walk a side, jog a side, walk a side, and for entertainment I can watch the crazy ducks try to catch fish - Ha!
